At Paradigm Peptides, we process and ship all orders within 24 hours of payment receipt (Monday–Friday). Orders placed before 4 PM EST will be shipped the same day.

Unopened Packages:

Unopened USPS packages may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
Opened Packages:

You received the wrong item(s).

Unwanted Orders:

If your order is correct but you no longer want the product(s) and the package is unopened, you may return it within 30 days for a refund, minus:

Original shipping costs

A 10% restocking fee

Returned to Sender:

If a package is returned to us unopened and marked as returned to sender, we will issue a full refund minus shipping costs.
